Gain admission to graduate school in your junior year
The Master of Finance program is partnering with Ohio Wesleyan University to admit high-achieving juniors to the program.
Through the agreement, Ohio Wesleyan students accepted into Weatherhead will receive a $10,000 scholarship for the Master of Finance program and have the potential to receive additional merit-based scholarships.
To be eligible for early decision, students must have earned a grade point average of 3.2 or higher at Ohio Wesleyan and complete the undergraduate courses below taught at Ohio Wesleyan University with at least a B earned in each course.
- ECON 251 – Research Methods in Economics
- ACCT 280 – Financial Statement Analysis
- BUS 361 – Financial Management
To officially enroll in the Master of Finance program at Weatherhead, the candidate must successfully complete all undergraduate course work at Ohio Wesleyan University and earn a 3.0 or higher grade point average.
In addition, the student must take the GMAT or GRE exam (scoring at least in the 75th percentile is preferred however, the Weatherhead School of Management will take a holistic approach to reviewing the candidateâ€™s application).
Applications are being accepted now, with application fees waived for OWU students.
