Appreciative Inquiry has been deeply useful to the World Business Academy and our Business Alliance for the Future collaboration. Using this unique methodology, we were able to bring together 40 organizations which shared deep values but which were not coordinating on action. AI helped to put individuals in the room and help them be present with each other, connect around their visions for a better world, and coordinate for collaboration. … AI gives people the opportunity to drill down to the core of their beings, to locate purpose in an authentic way, and to agree on changes to bring this authenticity into their everyday lives.
