Kenneth M. Haffey is the Partner-in-Charge of the Business Advisory Services Group with Skoda Minotti. He has over 25 years of experience in the field of public accounting including eight years with an international accounting firm. He has 10 years of experience in key financial management and corporate planning positions with financial institutions in Chicago and Cleveland. Ken is a Certified Public Accountant and Certified Valuation Analyst.
Ken works with clients in all aspects of accounting, auditing, tax, personal financial planning, and strategic business planning. He specializes in valuing businesses in terms of acquisitions, sales, divestitures and other related transactions. Ken has extensive external and internal audit and management advisory service experience as well.
Ken is currently an adjunct professor in the Weatherhead School of Management at Case Western Reserve University, and has taught at Northwestern University in Evanston, Illinois. Ken is a member of both the American Institute and Ohio Society of Certified Public Accountants, a member of the Advisory Board for the Department of Accountancy of Case Western Reserve University, a member of the Advisory Board of the University of Notre Dame’s School of Accountancy, and the Treasurer of the Board of the Cleveland Playhouse. He also serves as a special advisor to the Board of Governors for the Employers Resource Council and Chairman of the Audit Committee of the Ohio Bureau of Workers’ Compensation Board of Directors.
Ken holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from the University of Notre Dame, and an MBA conferred with distinction from DePaul University in Chicago with a concentration in Finance and Accounting.
