Academic advising is an important component of the educational program at Case Western Reserve University and the Weatherhead School of Management. It is through advising that faculty and staff can communicate to students the expectations and opportunities associated with the academic programs at Weatherhead. Equally important, the practice of advising allows faculty and staff to develop an understanding of students’ unique interests, talents, and professional aspirations. With that understanding, faculty and staff are able to guide students through the undergraduate program and to address students’ academic and professional concerns.
