Medical Plan Waiver

All registered students are charged a Medical Plan fee in the Fall and Spring semesters ($455/per semester). You may waive this fee by completing the waiver when registering on-line. You can get information about waiving the Medical Plan be clicking here: CASE Medical Plan. If you have not completed the waiver within thirty days of the start of the semester, you will automatically be assessed the Medical Plan fee. Please call 216.368.2450 for details.

Please note that you may waive your medical plan fee on SOLAR or on Health Services web site. Make sure you complete this by the first day of classes to avoid an automatic charge.

If you miss the deadline for waiving the Medical Plan fee, you may submit a petition: Waiver Appeals
