Partnership Opportunities

Companies are encouraged to partner with us in the following activities to help identify great candidates and increase visibility on campus.  We are happy to help you design a customized outreach approach to recruitment.

If you are interested in any of these opportunities, please call our office at (216) 368-3662.

Action Learning   Corporate partners in the Action Learning program see double benefits – they receive a high-quality work product and have the opportunity to assess students in an on-the-job environment.  Weatherhead Action Learning teams have been demonstrating their critical thinking skills in real-life projects for more than eight years.  They have completed projects in a broad range of strategic and functional areas in the US and abroad, many for repeat clients.

Case Competitions   The Case Competition format benefits the company with an increased presence on campus, and an opportunity to directly enhance the educational experience of our Weatherhead students.  The competitions also provide a setting where students can display their knowledge, skills and abilities before a panel of corporate and academic judges.

Information Sessions   This format gives recruiters the opportunity to increase their company's on-campus presence while promoting career or internship positions currently available at their organization.   These sessions can be open to both first and second year students, or can be marketed as a closed session specific to career or intern candidates.   Sessions typically consists of a 30-45 minute company presentation, followed by a Q&A period and a reception.

Executive Forum
We encourage you to have your executive team engage our students in ongoing dialogue.  We are more than happy to connect you to the appropriate faculty and/or student club to help you gain exposure to our full- and part-time student body.  Typical topics of discussion relate to leadership, business trends, organizational development, success, community activism and social responsibility.
