For this event, Diana Bilimoria, Ph.D. and Claire Scott Miller will host a special afternoon program designed for current and past recipients of the Women in Leadership Certificate. This program will reinforce key skills and themes from the certificate, facilitate connection, and celebrate your continued leadership development.  Attendees will personally select an important priority for their career and life success, reflecting on strategies they have learned and applied to make a difference. These priorities may include topics covered in the Women in Leadership certificate program, such as “power and influence,” “negotiations,” “managing career/life balance,” or others of their choosing.  Every attendee will revisit and develop their ongoing individual leadership action plan.

Attendees who attended previous years are encouraged to return to this event year after year! Past participants shared the following comments about the experience:

  • "The event was a fabulous idea to review and recap the program. It's always good to step away and remove yourself from daily stresses and revisit these ideas and strategies. Thank you!"
  • "Excellent opportunity to stop and assess ourselves; great feedback from the other ladies"
  • "Reminded me what I had learned and how important it is to go back and review the information"
