In this seminar, women will learn how to manage multiple roles and tasks by clarifying what is important, developing new strategies and creating support structures. Interactive in nature, the program offers self-assessment tools, visioning, case studies, group discussions, and networking, as well as techniques for developing self-awareness, self-confidence, and options for integrating career and life.
