Real-world strategies for tackling industry challenges under current healthcare reform.

Healthcare professionals and their organizations face a confounding array of challenging forces that have fundamental impact on healthcare practice.  These forces include the influence of new legislation, competition, payers, and patients.   As the call for greater quality, convenience, and consistent productivity increases, healthcare providers need to not only understand the underlying factors for these changes, but how to manage that change as well.  This course applies successful change management approaches and tools to the healthcare industry.   Participants will leave this two-day program with some basic knowledge of key Lean tools that enable their ability to improve their healthcare processes and increase quality.
