Dr. Nurete Brenner is an adjunct Professor of Organizational Behavior at the Interdisciplinary College in Herzliya Israel. She is also a career and life coach with over eight years of experience helping students, managers and leaders in Cleveland and in Israel deepen their self-awareness, find their direction, define their needs and values, and achieve their goals. She has also taught workshops and courses in organizational behavior, leadership development, dialogue, social responsibility and ethics.
Nurete’s research has focused on intercultural dialogue, Arab-Jewish dialogue and grassroots movements, and her interests center on all conversations under challenging circumstances. Nurete has authored articles on the subject of dialogue and on the intersection between dialogue and popular culture.
Nurete holds a Ph.D. in Organizational Behavior from Case Western Reserve University, an MBA, an MA in English Literature from Hebrew University in Jerusalem, and a BA in English and Middle East history from Bar Ilan University in Israel. She is also the mother of two boys who teach her on a daily basis the importance of dialogue and the art of challenging conversations.
