Instructors - Bauback Yeganeh, Ph.D.

Dr. Bauback Yeganeh is a Weatherhead Affiliate Instructor. He holds a Ph.D. in organizational behavior from Case Western Reserve University and an M.S. in organization development from American University. In addition to his work with the Weatherhead School of Management's Executive Education department, he is a seasoned consultant. Dr. Yeganeh is the founder of Everidian, an organizational effectiveness consulting firm. He is also an Executive Education faculty member at Duke CE and UNC's Kenan-Flagler Business School and leads the Mindfulness Executive Education Program at Case Western Reserve University's Weatherhead School of Management.

The majority of Dr. Yeganeh's work consists of creating and sustaining market leading initiatives in the areas of leadership development and organizational strategy implementation. He has had great success supporting a variety of multi-national corporations, small and large non-profits and businesses, NGOs, and individual business leaders in The Americas, Europe and Asia. Dr. Yeganeh has partnered with clients such as The World Bank, United Nations, United Way, FIEP Brazil, Progressive Insurance, Alcatel-Lucent, Telefonica, PwC and Adris Group. Dr. Yeganeh is an expert in executive coaching and organizational change methodologies, including Appreciative Inquiry. He is an author of forward thinking articles on individual and organizational change, a guitarist, and a music enthusiast.
