Dr. Bauback Yeganeh is a Weatherhead Affiliate Instructor. He holds a Ph.D. in organizational behavior from Case Western Reserve University and an M.S. in organization development from American University. In addition to his work with the Weatherhead School of Management's Executive Education department, he is a seasoned consultant. Dr. Yeganeh is the founder of Everidian, an organizational effectiveness consulting firm. He is an Adjunct Professor at The Love School of Business at Elon University and the School of Public Affairs at American University. Dr. Yeganeh is also an advisor at Duke University's Sustainability Initiative in the Fuqua School of Business.

The majority of Dr. Yeganeh’s work consists of creating and sustaining market leading strategic initiatives - from organizational strategy implementation to leadership development to creating eco-advantage. He has had great success supporting a variety of multi-national corporations, small and large non-profits, NGOs, and individual business leaders in The Americas, Europe and Asia. Dr. Yeganeh has partnered with clients such as The World Bank, United Nations, United Way, FIEP Brazil, Progressive Insurance, Alcatel-Lucent, Swagelok, and Adris Group.  He is an experienced coach, certified in the use of the Emotional-Social Competence Inventory (ESCI). Dr. Yeganeh is also a skilled facilitator and one of the leaders in the field of Appreciative Inquiry. He is an author of forward thinking articles in organizational behavior, including "Mindfulness and Experiential Learning," awarded best paper by the OD Network in 2010.
