Certificates - Personal Impact And Empowerment

It is hard to lead others without first bringing out the best in ourselves as leaders. This Certificate program will guide you through a personal leadership journey, providing skills, tools and strategies that will prepare you for the stresses, challenges and many opportunities that all leaders face. You will conclude the certificate energized with new insight and ability to take your leadership and career to the next level. 

Coursework for the Certificate:

Certificate is awarded after completion of all four programs listed below. Certificate requirements should be completed within an 18-month period.

Please note: discount codes for certificates are invalidated upon the cancellation of any program for which the discount code was applied.  This is excepted only when an appropriate substitute class is applied at the time of cancellation.  Improperly applied discounts (e.g. non-profit applied incorrectly) or  improperly applied discount codes (e.g. code applied for less classes than required) may be invalidated at the sole discretion of CWRU and Weatherhead’s Executive Education department.   In all cases where the discount or discount code is invalidated, the discounted amount becomes due immediately.

Registration

To register online for the entire certificate, please select four (4) of the appropriate classes listed above. We will automatically track your progress towards completion of your certificate. Alternatively, you can register by phone at 216-368-6413. You have 18 months to complete any of our leadership, management, or functional knowledge certificates. Also please be aware that a program can only be applied toward the requirements of one certificate.

Receipt of Certificate

Certificates will be automatically produced and sent out to participants who have completed the requirements twice a year. Participants can expect to receive certificates in December/January or June/July after the completion of their courses.
