Weatherhead to partner with MOCA for donor appreciation event -– May 10

The Weatherhead School and the Museum of Contemporary Art are hosting a special evening, "The Business of Art," featuring a reception at 5:30 p.m. followed by a panel session beginning at 6 p.m.
The panelists include Toby Lewis, Ron Puzzuti and a representative from CRG Gallery. See below for our panelists' bios. The guest list will include all Weatherhead donors who have contributed $250 or greater between July 1, 2006 and March 15, 2007. There also will be a dinner following the event for the panelists and donors of $1,000 or more.

Toby Devan Lewis is a philanthropist, art collector, author, and curator. Over more than 20 years, Toby amassed a collection of artworks by emerging artists for the Progressive Corporation, the nation's third-largest auto insurer. This collection now numbers more than 6,300 works and has been rated as one of the country's top collections by Art and Auction magazine.
Ron Pizzuti is a champion of the arts having served as a trustee for the Columbus Museum of Art, trustee of the Wexner Center for the Arts, chair of the Columbus Symphony Orchestra Board and chair of the Ohio Arts & Sports Facilities Commission. He also served as chair of the Board of Trustees at Kent State University.
