Posted 08/16/2006

  • Do you have a passion for leading change for business and society?
  • Are you a leader who is interested in enhancing your transformational capacity and people skills?
  • Are you a senior executive or manager of a functional area such as human resources or organizational development or of a non-profit, civic organization with significant change responsibilities?
  • Do you aspire to become a change agent?

If you answered yes to any one of these questions, The Master of Positive Organizational Development and Change (MPOD) at the Weatherhead School of Management may be the perfect program for you.  This is a five residency program (six days each) that includes an international tour.  You will have the opportunity to study in one of the world’s top ranked schools in organizational behavior and change leadership with students from around the world.  The MPOD learning experience fosters experiential opportunities for participants to become more self aware, to practice and experiment with new skills, and to give and receive coaching that can be life-changing. The program educates and develops leaders who will create enduring social systems that offer extraordinary value to all stakeholders, nourish the cooperative human spirit, and contribute to ecologically sustainable societies and global well-being.

Applications are being accepted through September 1, 2006 for the entering 2006 Class.  For more questions about the program, please contact Deborah Bibb at (216) 368-6702 or deborah.bibb@case.edu.
