Weatherhead was well represented at the ASTD (American Society for Training and Development) National Conference in Dallas, Texas (May 7-10, 2006).

Professor David Cooperrider, chair of the organizational behavior department, received a legend award and also presented on Appreciative Inquiry to a record audience of 1000 people.

In addition, Deborah Bibb, specialty programs director and Mindy Kannard, director of executive education business development, staffed a booth featuring Weatherhead program information. This was a great opportunity to showcase Weatherhead degree and non-degree programs to over 8000 participants from around the globe.
