Alpha Executive – We love them and hate them

Alpha executives are those highly intelligent, confident, and successful men and women that we work with on a daily basis. However, their strengths can easily become their weaknesses when trying to work with them. The Alpha may be your boss, your boss’s boss, a coworker in your department or it may even be YOU!
