The Weatherhead School of Management Alumni Association Scholarship is a full tuition, renewable scholarship with stipend for an entering full-time MBA student who shows promise/capacity for growth and leadership.

The 2006 Alumni Scholarship winner is Michael J. Bush of Cleveland. Mike has been with Lesco, Inc., a manufacturer and distributor of turf care products for the lawn care and golf course industries, since October of 2004, serving as Manager, Financial Planning and Sales and Operations Manager. Previously he worked for TelePacific Communications in Los Angeles and DayGlo Color Corp. in Cleveland. Mike completed his bachelor’s degree in economics at Denison University where he was on the Dean’s List.

“The honor of the alumni scholarship is no less extraordinary than the responsibility of the position,” Mike said. “I am eager to engage the alumni and energize my peers to rally in support of Weatherhead’s global learning initiative.”
