Project Spotlight: BAWB Innovation Bank

The Center for Business as an Agent of World Benefit maintains a Global Innovation Bank - a collection of business innovations that create societal good. ITG worked with BAWB to develop a system to collect these stories and manage them through an editorial process. Complete profiles are developed for stories that meet BAWB’s selection criteria and these profiles are featured on the BAWB website: http://worldbenefit.case.edu/innovation

PerceptIS Help Desk - Email to help@case.edu being phased out

To improve the speed and efficiency of processing Help Desk tickets and eliminate unnecessary tickets currently created by SPAM email to the call center, PerceptIS is phasing out email as a problem submission method. Email submissions will be accepted up to March 1st, 2006. After that date any email sent to help@case.edu will not be processed.

The Self-Submission tool is located at: http://help.case.edu/problem.You can always also submit a problem by calling 368-Help.
