J.B. Silvers, Faculty Director of the Health Systems Management Center and Treuhaft Professor of Health Care Management at Weatherhead, will present "Managerial Challenges of Consumer Directed Healthcare," his annual session in the Health Care Executive Education Series on January 20, 2006. As always, J.B. will present up to the minute information and insights that will provide base knowledge necessary for the strategic, operational and marketing initiatives required in the ever-changing health care industry.
