In this months’ Coaches Corner, we interview Richard Boyatzis on the release of his latest book Resonant Leadership.

As a member of the Weatherhead School faculty, Richard welcomed the invitation to talk about his book and tailored the interview to the alumni of Weatherhead. He shared with us the four major ideas of Resonant Leadership and how we as alumni have the unique opportunity to build on this philosophy within our own community.
The four major ideas that Richard shared are:

• Great leaders build resonant leaders around them
• People build resonant leadership through hope, compassion and mindfulness
• Leadership is stressful
• The experience of hope, compassion and mindfulness allows the body to recharge itself.
