Weatherhead’s MBA ranked in Top 30 in US, Top 50 in the World by the Financial Times of London

Posted 01/25/2005

I am pleased to share with you the good news about the recent MBA program rankings announced by the Financial Times. This year Weatherhead was ranked #30 in the U.S., up from #48 last year, and #49 worldwide, up from #84 last year. This is quite a dramatic increase, and even more noteworthy given the transition and other challenges faced by our School. While we all know the limitations and unreliability of rankings, it is nonetheless definitely more pleasing to be on the upside rather than the downside! It is a welcome piece of "good news" not only for ourselves, but for our students, our alumni, and our good friends and constituents who have been so supportive of us over the years. Congratulations to everyone; this was a true team effort, and a great way to start 2005.
