Candidates should have the demonstrated ability to teach with excellence at the undergraduate level. Responsibilities include:

1. teaching undergraduate courses in economics
2. guiding individual students and student groups in their professional development
3. facilitating the development of experiential learning throughout the School
4. teaching undergraduate level courses per year

The position is essential in fostering an impassioned and dynamic undergraduate student population within the department. Instructors are expected to provide service to the Weatherhead School of Management and Case Western Reserve University in committee membership and other assignments.

Masters Degree required, Ph.D. preferred.
Experience and demonstrated excellence in the following areas required:

1. teaching economics courses at the college level
2. working with students individually and in teams
3. creating and implementing new ideas and programs
