Coaching a Culture of Leadership
March 13-14 & May 7-8, 2008 (3.5-day program)

Experience Weatherhead's unique coaching process for yourself and apply the process to developing others. This intensive program improves your ability to develop others for better performance. As part of the program, you will receive personal, executive coaching with 360° feedback based on the Emotional Competency Inventory.
