Approximately 150 new Master level students recently completed the August 2007 orientation experience at the Weatherhead School. In addition to participating in academic preparation opportunities such as Finance Camp and Stats Camp, the group ventured forth into the community on several different outings.

More than 50 students participated in the GBSA community service activity which involved cleaning up and painting signs at a local park. This activity was hosted by Leah Martinez, GBSA Net Impact representative. The following week, 40 students enjoyed an outing to the Westside Market, where they shopped to their hearts' content and enjoyed a public concert by a local artist. No orientation would be complete without a Lolly the Trolley Tour which the group enjoyed on an afternoon excursion to local points of interest. If the orientation is any indication, this group of new students is ready to participate in the northeast Ohio and the Weatherhead community. And have a great time doing it!
