Join the Weatherhead School of Management and the Heights-Hillcrest Regional Chamber of Commerce on June 21 for an exciting and thought-provoking breakfast session.  Professor Melvin Smith, professor for the practice of organizational behavior and faculty advisor for executive education will present "Enhancing Effectiveness for Social Capital."

Professor Smith will discuss his work on the nature of leadership and the role emotional intelligence plays in work relationships. By attending this breakfast series, you will better understand the relationship between social networks and organizational performance.  Regardless of your industry, you won't want to miss this compelling program!
