Congratulations to Professor David Cooperrider on being appointed as the Fairmount Minerals Professor of Social Entrepreneurship. Fairmount Minerals, headquartered in Chardon, Ohio, is one of the largest producers of industrial sand in the United States. Professor Cooperrider has won world-wide acclaim for his work on appreciative inquiry, and its application to issues of sustainable business and social entrepreneurship. It is faculty such as Professor Cooperrider that makes the Weatherhead School of Management not only a great place to learn but a place to change the world as well.
