Nonprofit Management and Leadership, a leading publication in the nonprofit studies field, is sponsored by the Mandel Center for Nonprofit Organizations. The Fall 2011 issue features “Succession Planning in Nonprofit Organizations,” where a survey of executive directors reveals that planning and preparation do not match a clearly discernible need. “Family Involvement in Small, Local Nongovernmental Organizations” explores the advantages and disadvantages of family involvement in a sample of Indian NGOs.
