Case ID Cards
Your ID card is both your identification card AND your access card for the Peter B. Lewis building, Veale gymnasium, and university libraries. Please obtain it as soon as possible, ideally before Orientation begin. You definitely want to beat the rush as more and more new students arrive on campus prior to the start of the semester.
Once your deposit has been paid, come to the Admission Office in the Peter B. Lewis Building, room 150 and obtain an Affiliation Form from Tracy Bacchus or Nanekia Ford. The University requires that we give this form to you in-person. You must take that affiliation form, along with a photo ID (license, state ID or passport) to Access Services in the lower level of Crawford.
If you have had a CASE ID of any kind before and have not already returned it to Access Services, please have that card with you to exchange for your new student ID.
