Obtaining a Social Security Card
To obtain a social security number, you must first obtain student employment at Case Western Reserve University. You should take your letter of employment and go in
person to a Social Security Administration office to
fill out an application. Please also take any papers that
were needed to enter the United States (passport, immigration
papers, letter from ISA, etc). It will take approximately
two weeks to receive your card.
