5.  Establish utilities (electricity, gas, water and cable services, if necessary)
  
6.  Establish telephone service (local and long distance)
  
7.  Investigate and establish Internet options
  
8.  Arrange parking or transportation options
  
9.  Get Ohio driver’s license and plates
