International Study Programs
Just as the Weatherhead School welcomes students from many countries to enhance its MBA community, the School encourages students to broaden their educational experience through study programs around the world. International opportunities include: International Institutes: These are intensive 1-2 week courses consisting of four pre-trip classes, followed by 10- to 17-day study tours conducted during the winter, spring and summer breaks. Recent institutes have visited France, Germany, South Africa, China, Western and Central Europe, Spain and Portugal, Hungary and Australia, Budapest and Prague. Exchange Semester for Weatherhead Students: Full-time MBA students may spend one semester, typically the fall of second year, at one of our international exchange partner business schools. Up to 15 credits taken at your host school can be transfered to your MBA program. MBA Enterprise Corps: Weatherhead is one of 50 schools in the United States that nominates MBA graduates as business advisors to companies, development banks and consulting firms in “emerging market” nations. Recent Weatherhead grads have been advisors in Poland, Lithuania, Ukraine, Russia, Krygyzstan and Bulgaria. Exchange Semester at the Weatherhead School: The Weatherhead School of Management welcomes students from partner business institutions around the world to study for a semester.
