The Career Development Center (CDC) team provides a personal, customer service-oriented approach to support Weatherhead students and alumni with a range of resources and services to facilitate a successful career search, at the same time, continuing a strong focus to build and maintain relationships with employers.

International Students
The International Development Specialist, within our Career Development Center (CDC) team, provides support focusing on international students. During the academic year the Career Development Center partners with the International Student Services to provide workshops and information sessions around work authorization and visa processes. In addition, students may request to meet in small groups or individual meetings around career strategy either in the U.S or global, CPT/OPT, assisting employers through internship/career hiring process, and more through the CDC!

Alumni who are conducting a job search or considering a career transition are encouraged to research the options available. This might include exploring the MBA+ or Executive Education program offerings at Weatherhead, or meeting with an alumni career consultant for guidance.
