Jie Ning's research interests lie on contracting and pricing. She is particularly interested in studying (i) the interactive decision making in various business-to-business (B2B) and business-to-consumer (B2C) contexts, and its implications for contracting and pricing; (ii) the interplay of firm's operational and financial functions, and how it impacts managerial decision making.
