Research

My research interest centers around two areas. The first area is the antecedents and consequences of choices made regarding what and how accounting information is disclosed. Executive compensation, restatements, proforma metrics are a few of the key areas with ongoing activity and interest. The second area is the social organization of accounting as it affects learning and curriculum matters, including the development of scholars and practitioners in accounting.
