We have our
own Help Desk (368-6283) which is staffed Monday-Thursday 7:30 a.m. until
10:30 p.m., and 7:30 a.m. until 6:00 p.m. on Friday and Saturday. Part of our service offerings
is our immediate response team. From the time we receive your support
call on our Help Desk line we will have a technician dispatched
to find a solution to your problem within minutes.
Our staff serve
the three facilities under the Weatherhead School of Management banner;
Peter B. Lewis, George S. Dively and Wolstein Hall.
Not all of our service offerings are available in every facility.
