David L. Cooperrider, PhD, Professor of Organizational Behavior. As a co-originator of Appreciative Inquiry, Dr. Cooperrider is an expert in positive organizational change. He is the co-author of several books including the Appreciative Inquiry Handbook and Appreciative Inquiry: A Positive Revolution in Change. His work has been covered in The New York Times, Fast Company, Human Resources Executive Magazine and Training Magazine. In addition, he consults for organizations such as American Express, BP America, and the U.S. Navy. Dr. Cooperrider earned his PhD from Case Western Reserve University.
Ronald Fry, PhD, Associate Professor of Organizational Behavior and Faculty Director of the Executive MBA Program. Dr. Fry, a co-founder and authority of Appreciative Inquiry, has recently co-edited Appreciative Inquiry and Organizational Transformation: Reports from the Field (Quorum, 2001) and has developed and conducted a certificate program in Appreciative Leadership and Organizational Capacity Building in over 30 countries. He also consults with a variety of organizations including The Lubrizol Corporation, Roadway Express, and the U.S. Navy. Dr. Fry received his PhD from Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
