Using Power and Influence for Women in Healthcare Leadership

Certificate

More

This class is part of the Women in Healthcare Leadership

Outstanding leaders persuade, empower and collaborate.

They recognize their personal sources of power in addition to their positional power and use these multiple resources to achieve results.  Leaders also regularly draw on multiple relationships, their circles of influence, to increase their impact.

In order to demonstrate leadership in today’s complex and critical field of healthcare, the effective use of power and influence is particularly important for women.  In this program participants identify their own sources of power and their networks of influence.  Strategies for maximizing individual and collective power and influence will also be discussed.
