Developing Managers as Leaders
As managers advance in their careers, they must accelerate their own development as effective leaders. This one-day program, adapted from Dr. Richard Boyatzis’s Intentional Change Theory developed at Case Weatherhead School of Management, provides an essential foundation to create an individualized leadership agenda. Participants will engage in experiential exercises, personal assessments, and business cases to develop a personal vision supported by their values and strengths. By the end of the session, participants will have acquired practical knowledge and skills to better handle the challenges of leadership by maximizing their positive impact on others.
