Cross-functional teams are increasingly common as organizations address challenges that are more and more complex.  High-trust cultures create an environment that encourages teams to perform at their maximum capacity and make the largest contribution. In this highly interactive workshop, explore a model for creating, building and repairing team relationships in the workplace that builds upon the dynamics of trust.  Through traditional classroom lecture and active participation, learn how to assess your organizational and individual capability for developing and accelerating the power of team relationships.

• Identify the attributes of high-trust cultures and high-performance teams
• Discuss the trend in management of evolving team structures
• Develop a framework for understanding the development cycle of teams
