Certificate

More

Hospitals and physicians face increasing scrutiny for their performance in quality. Individual hospital and physician data is becoming accessible to the public on various web sites. Insurance companies including Medicare are increasing their pay for performance programs. As quality information becomes more transparent and widely available, healthcare organizations need to fully engage in quality improvement initiatives to protect their brand and improve their financial performance.

This program will present you with a conceptual framework to plan and implement a quality improvement initiative in your healthcare organization. The focus will be on the roles of senior leaders including management, medical, nursing and financial leadership in healthcare organizations.
