Program Policies

Program Fee Policy

Note: Weatherhead Affiliate Partners follow a different set of policies than those described on this page. If your employer is an Affiliate Partner, contact your coordinator to register. If you are unsure if your organization is an Affiliate Partner, or do not know who your coordinator is, call 216.368.6413 or 800.736.6403.

Payment is due in full two weeks prior to the start date of the program. For registrations received within two weeks of the date of the program, payment is due on the day of the first program.

Accepted payment methods include:

• American Express
• Check

Payments may be made on an installment basis. Please call 216.368.6413 or 800.736.6403 to discuss this payment option.

Late Fee Policy

A late fee of 1.5% will be added every 30 days the invoice remains unpaid past the stated due date.

Substitution Policy

If you are unable to attend a program, we will gladly accept an appropriate substitute participant to take your place up to the day of the program at no extra charge.

Cancellation Policy

Weatherhead Executive Education will grant a 90% refund for cancellations made five (5) or more business days prior to the start of the program.

There is no refund for cancellations made less than five (5) business days prior to the program - no exceptions will be made.

Participants who have not yet paid their invoice will still be responsible for any and all fees incurred (e.g., late fees, cancellation fees).

If a program is not held for any reason, the University’s liability is limited to refund of the program fee.

Transfer Policy

We will accept one registration transfer to an alternative program offering. There will be no additional fee if the first registration transfer is made more than five (5) business days before the original program start date.

Payment will be applied to the future program at the time of transfer. Any difference in cost between the two programs would also be due at this time.

There is a 10% administrative fee for transfers made less than five (5) business days past the start day of the original program.

We will charge a 10% administration fee for any postponements/transfers made after your free/complimentary registration transfer has been utilized.
