Mindy has over 25 years of coaching experience working with professionals and college students. Her coaching practice has focused on topics such as transitions, career planning, leadership development, emotional intelligence and leading organizational change. As a coach, she focuses on providing support for growth, with an occasional nudge here and there. “Very honest, extremely insightful, yet always uplifting” is the way a recent coaching client describes her. She helps clients consider where their strengths, values and personal vision merge, ultimately helping them convert that intersection into opportunity.
She has a Master’s Degree in Higher Education Administration and certificates in Management, Coaching, Leadership Development, and Appreciative Inquiry.
Before returning to the Ohio State University to assume her current role as the Director of Leadership and Organizational Effectiveness at the Wexner Medical Center, Mindy worked at Case Western Reserve University.
