Anita AlexanderAnita Alexander has over ten years of training and consulting experience in leadership development and communication skills for technical professionals in Fortune 500 companies and small businesses. Her work focuses on the development and improvement of core leadership skills for technical professionals transitioning to leadership and management roles. She has conducted training and for the Eaton Corporation, the Internal Revenue Service, the Euclid School Board of Education, Applied Industrial Technology Corporation, and the United States Department of Agriculture. She has facilitated workshops at Cleveland State University since 1998. Ms. Alexander spent the early part of her career as a project electrical engineer in the Construction of Facilities Branch of the Facilities Engineering Division at the NASA Glenn Research Center, Cleveland, Ohio. Her primary responsibilities involved the design and construction of electrical power systems and networks supporting research and test facilities. She later became a project manager of multi-disciplined project teams in the design and construction of various Space and Aerospace facility modifications and new construction.
