Cleveland Cavaliers

Sponsored by: Career Management Office

Date & Time: Thursday, Feb. 13 from 5 p.m. to 6 p.m.

The Cleveland Cavaliers (also known as the Cavs) are an American professional basketball team based in Cleveland, Ohio. They began playing in the National Basketball Association (NBA) in 1970 as an expansion team. They play their home games at Quicken Loans Arena in downtown Cleveland, which they share with the Arena Football League's Cleveland Gladiators and the American Hockey League's Lake Erie Monsters.

The Cavs are coming to campus to share opportunities about joining their organization! If you are interested in the sports industry and want to learn more, do not miss out on this session!

The Cavaliers team is made up of many young professionals eager to be a part of a progressive organization in the sports and entertainment industry. Imagine walking the walk and talking the talk for Dan Gilbert’s family of teams: the Cavs, AHL Lake Erie Monsters, AFL Cleveland Gladiators and the NBA D-League Canton Charge. You’ll also have the opportunity to represent the many other attractions that come to The Q such as family shows, world-class concerts and signature sporting events.

Learn from the pros! Our leadership team, comprised of individuals who have a record of success in the industry, will guide you to the next level in your career. You’ll learn to initiate and develop relationships with clients through phone calls and face-to-face appointments and all the skills it takes to be the best in the business.

We’re passionate about Cleveland and the amazing people who live here! In addition to your role as a sales professional, you’ll be encouraged to be active in the community and make a difference for all those who live, work and play in Cleveland and throughout Northeast Ohio.
