Join event Co-Chairs Sara Grohl, MBA '08 and Jeffrey Ferguson EDM '99, and fellow Weatherhead alumni for a spectacular event featuring Dr. Chris Laszlo , Associate Professor of Organizational Behavior, speaking on "Sustainability for Profit and Growth."



Dr. Laszlo's research and teaching focus on business strategy, sustainability, and organizational change. As one of the originators of the concept of sustainable value, Dr. Laszlo reframes sustainability as a business opportunity, turning environmental and social risks into drivers of innovation, greater employee engagement, and a new, inimitable source of competitive advantage.

Dr. Laszlo recently published an article in Forbes.com entitled "Why Small Businesses Should Be Adding More Green Jobs."
