Reaching Out is the annual conference of lesbian, gay, bisexual, and transgender (LGBT) graduate business school students. This year, 1,000 students, business leaders, and recruiters are expected to gather from October 13 thru October 16 at the Fairmont Hotel in Dallas, TX.

The conference will present a dynamic line-up of industry speakers and workshop panelists representing all sectors of the business community, from finance and marketing to government and the arts.

Thirteen years ago, Reaching Out MBA, Inc. launched to provide LGBT business school students a resource to make connections with other LGBT students and business professionals. The 2011 Reaching Out LGBT MBA Conference provides future LGBT leaders from around the world the opportunity to network, learn, and improve their skills so they will emerge stronger and more confident in the business world. Leading businesses partner with the conference to show support for the LGBT community and recruit top level talent.
