EXECUTIVE DOCTOR OF MANAGEMENT (EDM)

 

Application for the Executive Doctor of Management


To initiate an application to the EDM Program at the Weatherhead School of Management, you may complete the online application and submit it to the Managing Director of the EDM Program.

If you prefer a hard copy application and brochure, please request a brochure and a printed application will be included.

PLEASE NOTE THAT THE APPLICATION DEADLINE FOR THE EDM PROGRAM IS JUNE 30 FOR THE CLASS BEGINNING IN AUGUST. EARLY APPLICATION IS ENCOURAGED SINCE CLASS SIZE IS LIMITED.

A complete application includes the following:

  • Information requested on the application.
  • A current resumé
  • Responses of approximately one page each to the application essays
  • Three letters of recommendation from individuals who can evaluate the applicant’s potential to be a successful participant in the EDM Program. These letters must include the following information:

    • The individual’s name, title, organization and mailing address
    • The length of time the recommender has known the applicant
    • The role or capacity of their interaction
    • The recommender’s evaluation of the applicant’s potential to be an active, involved and successful participant in the EDM Program.

  • Official transcripts showing degrees received at each university or college attended.
  • A check for the application fee of $75, payable to the Weatherhead School of Management.

Please note that the application deadline for the EDM Program is June 30 for the class beginning in August. Early application is encouraged since class size is limited and decisions are made on a rolling basis.
