PhD in Organizational Behavior

The PhD in Organizational Behavior is an internationally recognized degree that has set the standard for universities worldwide. Since 1964, 300 doctoral students have shaped the future of the field through research, scholarly writing and teaching, and professional leadership. Weatherhead's Executive Education Department offers several programs and certificates as well as custom programming with a focus in the discipline of Organizational Behavior. Topics include Appreciative Inquiry, business sustainability, emotional intelligence, leadership development theory, diversity management, and sustainability, among others.
