Action learning projects, service learning opportunities, executive leadership dialogues, integrated coursework, and individual mentoring relationships are interwoven into the Weatherhead learning experience. In addition, Weatherhead students have a rich set of opportunities to develop a global perspective through exchange programs with leading management schools on four continents, study tours to Europe, South Africa or China during winter and spring breaks, a multi-country Summer Institute and international action learning projects.

In 1999, the Weatherhead School embarked upon an exciting new initiative: construction of the most innovative management education facility in North America; perhaps in the world. Our new Peter B. Lewis Building, designed by world-renowned architect Frank O. Gehry, reflects the creative learning environment of the Weatherhead School. Through its dramatic integration of architecture, design and the unique Weatherhead approach to learning, the Lewis Building symbolizes the challenges facing organizations and executives in the future. Success will be gained through the integration of management disciplines, a commitment to lifelong learning, the willingness to improvise, and a clearly articulated approach to developing personal and organizational competencies.

We invite you to join us in these exciting endeavors by pursuing your educational goals as part of the Weatherhead community.
