MPOD India - Curriculum

Students enrolled in the Master of Science in Positive Organization Development and Change (MPOD-India) program take 40 credit hours through five week-long residencies on the XLRI campus or select major cities in India, plus one two-week residency on the Case Western Reserve University campus in Cleveland, Ohio. This program can be completed in just sixteen months.

1. All residencies begin at 6 p.m. of the start date shown with Family Group meetings and overview to the coming residency agenda
2. All residencies end at 5 p.m. on end date shown
3. "India Site" will be in a major India city or at XLRI Campus in Jamshedpur
4. Students eligible for graduation can attend commencement at the XLRI campus (March, 2014) and at Case Western Reserve University (May, 2014)
